  • 朱立倫曾在2015年5月間任中國國民黨主席時，趁到大陸參加國共論壇時在上海參訪，並對青年演講，當時就與沙海林見過面。新北市府新聞局長張其強說，雙方是舊識，這次老朋友來台，朱立倫盡地主之誼也是應該。

    沙海林來台參加「雙城論壇」，將於24日參訪新北市雙連安養中心、八里焚化廠、參加朱立倫午宴行程後，搭機返回上海。1050823

  • 朱立倫今天主持市政會議時，並未針對午宴沙海林提出說明。他昨天傍晚表示，新北市長期與上海保持密切聯繫與交流、市政合作，非常歡迎上海參訪團拜訪新北市府。
